Terms of use

Medeben is a tool to keep the accounts of anyone who gives credit: debts, payments, receipts and each debtor's link. By using it you accept these terms.

Medeben does not lend money, neither to you nor to your debtors. It does not move money either: the debtor's payment reaches the business through the business's own channels and never passes through Medeben. It charges no commission per payment or per debt.

Your business is responsible for its debtors' data: it decides what to record, who to send the link to and how to handle what they ask about their data. Medeben processes it on your behalf, as processor, and only for what the privacy policy describes. Tell your debtors that you keep their information, as is required.

The Free plan is for one person and up to ten debtors with an outstanding balance; debts, payments, receipts, the link and the payment report have no limit. The Business plan adds a team of collectors, unlimited debtors, settlement and reports; it has no price yet and is not sold. If a paid plan expires, your business goes back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.

Medeben takes the official rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela on the day of the payment, or the rate your business agreed with its customers. It does not guarantee the rate's accuracy beyond the official source: if the source is wrong or late, Medeben is not liable for that difference. Every receipt shows the rate, its source and its date so you can check it.

Use Medeben only to collect real debts and treat your debtors with respect. Do not use it to harass, to publish lists of debtors or to record data you have no right to keep. You can stop using it whenever you want.

Medeben is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee it is always available or that you will collect what you are owed: Medeben records and reminds, the collecting is still yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
